How we work
Discovery and scoping
We start with a short paid discovery: what you are building, who it is for, and what has to be true for it to work. You come out of it with a scoped plan, a realistic estimate, and an architecture you can take to another agency if you would rather. No lock-in.
Design and build
A small senior team ships in two-week iterations, with working software in a staging environment from the first one. You see progress every sprint, not at the end. Automated tests, code review, and security checks run on every change, so quality is a property of the process rather than a phase at the end.
Launch and handover
We deploy it, monitor it, and hand over documentation, infrastructure as code, and a codebase your own engineers can pick up. Plenty of clients keep us on for ongoing support and feature work - but that should be a choice, not a dependency you were engineered into.
